Somewhere in Manchester, a raver is scraping frost off a bike seat. In Melbourne, another one is planning a New Year's festival in a paddock under a summer sun. In Toronto, a third has already booked tickets for next summer and is counting the weeks.
You love all three. Christmas is coming, and none of them lives near you.
We're Magus and Lylyth Fawn, Los Angeles visionary artists, and we make every piece to order and ship it to the UK, 20 more European countries, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and beyond. Here's how we'd choose a gift for a raver in another country, split by the season their Christmas falls in, and the date that gets it there.
When should you order a Christmas gift for a raver overseas?
Order by Monday, November 9, 2026. Every Magus Fawn piece is made to order: production takes 7–11 business days, then Standard International delivery takes 7–14 business days. November 9 gives a parcel 30 business days to reach a doorstep abroad by Christmas Eve. The last call at our slowest timeline is Tuesday, November 17.
| What you're doing | Order by | Timeline it covers |
|---|---|---|
| Gift abroad, with a week of room | Monday, November 9, 2026 | 30 business days to Christmas Eve |
| Gift abroad, last call | Tuesday, November 17, 2026 | Our slowest timeline, 25 business days |
We count business days the way our made-to-order timeline guide explains: no weekends, no US federal holidays (Veterans Day and Thanksgiving both fall in this window) and no day after Thanksgiving. That's why a gift abroad needs ordering in the first half of November.
Standard International shipping is $10, to every country on our list, and local import duties or taxes may apply in the recipient's country. If you're reading this after November 17, our guide to last-minute festival gifts shows how to give made-to-order art with the reveal on the day.
What's a good Christmas gift for a raver in the UK, Europe or Canada?
A cloak. A December Christmas in London, Berlin or Montreal means dark afternoons, cold walks home from the club and a winter of festivals still months away. Magus Fawn's hooded, faux-fur-lined cloaks carry visionary art and four pockets, and they're as at home on a winter street as at a summer stage.

For a gift that means something, we'd choose the scarab. In Egyptian religion the scarab god Khepri was tied to the rising sun and to renewal (Wikipedia): every morning the sun comes back, right on schedule, which is a lovely thing to give someone in the darkest weeks of the northern year. The Golden Scarab women's festival cloak ($250) spreads gold-and-violet scarab wings across the chest beneath a rose-red sun disc, with gold glyph marks scattered down black micro-mink. Inside, a faux-fur lining in black or white; outside, a double front zipper, heavy drawstrings and four pockets, two of them inside. Unisex fit, XS to 5XL. It's one of two investment gifts in this guide, and the one they'll still be wearing next Christmas.

For the friend who loves the long nights, there's the moon. The Lunar Eclipse men's festival cloak ($250) hangs a copper-red full moon between the shoulders above a cream Flower of Life, wrapped in a magenta, violet and blue mandala with a glowing arc sweeping around it, while teal and coral filigree curls over black. Its own listing says it best: "The longest night rides on your back." Same build and lining, unisex XS to 5XL. Kevin, who bought a Lunar Eclipse cloak, wrote in March 2025: "High quality, detailed build and design. Top notch. Super soft and warm."

What do you give a raver who has a summer Christmas?
Something for the New Year's festival they're already planning. In Australia, New Zealand and Brazil, Christmas lands at the start of summer, a few days before Beyond the Valley, Rhythm and Vines or Universo Paralello. Magus Fawn's picks: a one-size snapback for the sun, and a hooded blanket for the cool morning at camp.

For a summer Christmas, the hat comes first. The Purple Mandala snapback hat ($40) zigzags black chevron linework over a violet crown like a waveform turned into a mandala, above a dark, dot-speckled brim. It's 100% polyester at 150 g/m², light and breathable for a long festival day, with an adjustable plastic snapback band that fits most heads, any gender. One size means you don't need to know anyone's measurements, and at $40 it's an easy add to a bigger gift.
Summer nights at those New Year's festivals still get cool. Our Australian New Year's festivals guide and New Zealand summer festivals guide have the official night lows, and they're why a cloak works as a summer gift too. Rhythm and Alps, near Wānaka, warns that it "often gets down to single digits overnight."
One size, or their measurements: getting the fit right from far away
All Magus Fawn sales are final, and you can't sneak a tape measure across an ocean. So there are two good routes.
Route one: choose a one-size piece. Hooded blankets and snapbacks are made in one size, so all you choose is the art. The Sacred Grounds hooded blanket with ears ($150) floats a golden meditating figure above a coffee cup on black, a fitting icon for the first brew of the day. It's 100% poly fleece at 300 g/m², an oversized pullover with a cat-ear hood, a front quarter zip and an oversized front pocket, made in one size cut as a 4XL. It's the $150 gift that works in both hemispheres: a sofa layer for a Glasgow December and a camp layer for a Victorian New Year's morning.
Route two: send us their measurements. Email art@magusfawn.com with what you know, and we'll help you choose; we typically reply within 1–2 business days. For cloaks and hoodies our FAQ suggests sizing up, "sometimes even 2 sizes up to fit extra layers under," which matters for anyone wearing a cloak over a winter jacket. If you can, include their height as well: Tyler, who bought an Ophanim cloak, called it "Very cozy, a little longer than expected" in November 2025.
If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, the recipient (or you) can email photos within 48 hours of delivery so we can help.
A gift that crosses an ocean
A great gift for a raver abroad brings the festival home to them: a cloak for the cold walk home in December, a hat for the January sun, a blanket for whichever morning they need it. Pick the art, sort the size, and order by November 9 so it's waiting under the tree.

Frequently asked questions
What's the last day to order a Christmas gift to the UK from Magus Fawn?
Tuesday, November 17, 2026 is the last call at Magus Fawn's slowest timeline: up to 11 business days of production and 14 of Standard International delivery, arriving by Christmas Eve. For a week of breathing room, order by Monday, November 9. The same dates apply to every country on our list, including Canada and Australia, with $10 shipping.
What Magus Fawn gift works for both a winter and a summer Christmas?
A hooded blanket. Magus Fawn's hooded blankets are one size, cut as an oversized 4XL, in 300 g/m² poly fleece with a cat-ear hood, so they work as a sofa layer in a northern December and a camp-morning layer at a southern New Year's festival. They cost $150, and you only choose the art.
Is a snapback a good gift for a summer Christmas?
Yes, especially for someone whose Christmas falls in summer. Magus Fawn's snapbacks close with an adjustable plastic band that fits most heads, so you don't need a size, and they're light 150 g/m² polyester with the art dye-sublimated in. At $40, a snapback also pairs well with a bigger gift, like a cloak.
Is a festival cloak a good Christmas gift for someone in Australia?
Yes, if they're heading to a New Year's festival. Australian Christmas falls in summer, but Bureau of Meteorology averages near Beyond the Valley's site in Victoria drop to about 11°C on December nights. A hooded cloak covers the cool hours after midnight, and it's ready for a winter festival later in the year.
