All purchases are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds. Please review product details, sizing information, and images carefully before placing your order.

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect product, please contact us at art@magusfawn.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue, and we’ll be happy to assist.

 We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds on digital downloads, which includes all music purchases.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your exchange has been approved. We do not issue refunds for incorrect sizing or wrongly ordered items. Approved exchanges are limited to the same item in the same size originally purchased, subject to availability.
