Shipping policy

All items, with the exception of Mindplace products and original music, are handmade to order. Please allow 7–11 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for production and for your tracking number to be issued. Once your order has shipped, delivery typically takes 6–14 business days, depending on location. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or peak seasons.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges vary by product, destination, and fulfillment profile. Applicable shipping charges and destination availability are shown at checkout.

Orders containing products from different fulfillment profiles may have shipping charges combined at checkout. Free shipping in one profile does not mean the entire order ships free.

General profile

U.S. standard shipping is $8.00 when the total cart value is below $70.00 and free when the total cart value is $70.00 or more. Standard international shipping is $10.00 to supported destinations. These rates do not apply universally to products in other profiles.

Mindplace

We offer free U.S. standard shipping on all Mindplace products. We currently only ship U.S.A. addresses. If you are located outside of the United States, contact us with your full address and we can calculate the appropriate shipping & handling fees for your destination.

Once your order has shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
