Ordering & Production

How long does it take to make my order?
Most of our clothing is handmade to order. Please allow 7–11 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for production before your tracking number is issued.

Do you offer custom orders or different sizes?
We currently offer the sizes listed on each product page (many pieces go up to 5XL). For special requests, feel free to email us at art@magusfawn.com and we’ll let you know what’s possible.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Because items are made to order, we may not be able to cancel or modify orders once production has started. Contact us as soon as possible at art@magusfawn.com and we’ll do our best to help.

Shipping

How long does shipping take?
After the 7–11 business day production window, delivery typically takes an additional 6–14 business days, depending on your location. These are estimates and can vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or peak seasons.

What are your shipping rates?

U.S. standard shipping: $8 when your cart is under $70. Free shipping on orders $70 and over.
International standard shipping: Starting at $10 to supported destinations.
Exact rates and availability are shown at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to many countries. Shipping options and costs appear at checkout. For international shipping issues, contact us. For Mindplace products, we currently only ship within the United States (contact us for international options).

How can I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. If you haven’t received it after the production window, email us at art@magusfawn.com.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

What is your return policy?
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or preference. Please carefully review product details, sizing, and images before ordering.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at art@magusfawn.com with clear photos of the issue. We’ll make it right.

EU customers – 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is shipping to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days for any reason, provided the item is unused, in original condition with tags, and in original packaging.

Do you accept returns on music or digital downloads?
No. All digital music purchases and downloads are final sale.

Sizing & Fit

How do your sizes run?
Most of our clothing is designed with a comfortable, festival-friendly fit. Many pieces are unisex or true-to-size. Always check the size chart and product description on the individual item page (sizes often range from XS–5XL).

Do you have a size guide?
Yes — each product page includes sizing information. If you need help choosing a size, email us your usual measurements and the item you’re interested in. We’re happy to advise.

What if I’m between sizes?
We generally recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit, especially with outerwear like cloaks and hoodies, sometimes even 2 sizes up to fit extra layers under. Typically our recommendations are to order the size of your favorite garment. Reach out if you’d like personalized guidance.

Materials, Care & Quality

What materials do you use?
We use high-quality, soft fabrics chosen for comfort and vibrant print quality — including crushed velvet, premium microfiber vegan poly fleece, 100% cotton, and stretch fabrics. All our pieces are 100% vegan friendly. Exact materials are listed on each product page.

How should I care for my Magus Fawn clothing?

Machine wash cold with like colors
Do not bleach
Tumble dry low or (preferred) hang to dry to preserve the sheen and print
Do not iron or dry clean

Following these instructions helps keep the high-definition prints looking crisp for years of festivals and adventures.

Will the prints fade or crack?
No. We use dye-sublimation printing so the designs become part of the fabric. They won’t fade or crack, and the vibrant, high definition art will stay sharp for the life of the fabric.

Designs, Art & Brand

Who creates the artwork?
All designs are original visionary art created by Magus and Lylyth Fawn. Our pieces feature sacred geometry, psychedelic, fractal, occult spiritual, ancient magick and consciousness-expanding motifs meant to be worn as wearable art.

Is the clothing related to Magus Fawn’s music?
Yes! Magus Fawn is both a Psy EDM producer and festival fashion designer. The clothing and music come from the same creative counterculture universe — many pieces are inspired by the same energies and journeys as the tracks.
